Andrew began his career in construction as a carpenter in 1994. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, he shifted into estimating, preconstruction leadership, project management, and executive roles—gaining a crucial understanding of the entire process in multiple sectors and scopes. Andrew excels at developing and implementing strategies that result in successful experiences for our people and our clients.

Rick brings a wealth of experience to his leadership role in Mission Critical. Holding a degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, he initiated his professional journey in heavy equipment operation, focusing on constructing and operating sand and gravel plants. Since transitioning to commercial construction, Rick has been immersed in significant endeavors, including the Utah Data Center and the Salt Lake City Airport Redevelopment Program. With a foundation in preconstruction and a results-driven mindset, Rick consistently distinguishes himself as a valuable asset to our teams and customers.
